Welcome back to MRT India. In this post we will discuss Part III of the Delhi Metro series. This is the final part including Phase 3 and Phase 4.The plan and executed projet of phase 3 and 4 are as follows:

Phase 3

The Phase 3 of Delhi Metro was mainly made to decongest the area of NCR around Delhi as inner and Greater Delhi were mainly decongested by Phase 1 and 2 of the metro.The plan of Phase 3 was as follows:

The phase 3 of Delhi Metro is mostly complete and some of the project is still under construction on the Pink line, Najafgarh to Dhansa Bus Stand and the Airport Express. But DMRC has aldready started construction on the Phase 4 of the Metro.
